Spay and neuter vouchers are currently only for dogs. For feline vouchers, please reach out to one of the other wonderful organizations on our resources page.
In order to be eligible for a spay or neuter voucher, you must be a senior citizen (65 years or older), a United States veteran, or a low-income family with a gross income of $35,000 or less. Proof of eligibility is required.
Vouchers are limited to 2 per household.
Vouchers do not cover the cost of vaccines, pain medications, cones, or other services or products.
Pets 6 years and over may be required to have bloodwork prior to surgery at the pet owner's expense.
Females in heat, pregnant, or recently had a litter (within 16 weeks of giving birth) may incur additional fees that are not covered by the voucher.
Vouchers automatically expire 30 days after issuance unless otherwise specified.
All vouchers are to be redeemed at Humane Society of Mohave County Animal Medical Center in Kingman, AZ.
Cancelled appointments may void the voucher, at the veterinary clinic's discretion.
