Raising Funds and Community Spirit
Given the nature of our work in the community, we're always looking for ways to raise funds, spirits, and hope in our community while also providing valuable education to the folks in our community.
Here are some of the things we're doing these days!
Generous Community Grants
In February of 2026, Pennys Pawfect Fix was honored to be a recipient of a Spark Good grant from Walmart Supercenter Fort Mohave for $1,000! This grant allows us to offer an additional 5-9 spay and neuter vouchers to local families!
In March of 2026, Pennys Pawfect Fix was welcomed to Bullhead City Elks Lodge #2408 to receive $500. This grant allows us to offer an additional 4 spay and neuter vouchers to local families!
Community Fundraisers
We are honored to partner with wonderfully passionate members of our community that see our vision as more than an idea, but a goal worth working towards. They offer their time and resources to help us make a difference every single day.
Semi-Annual Yard Sales
Penny's Pawfect Fix volunteers put together 2-day yard sales in spring and fall each year with items donated by the community to maintain funds for the regular flow of voucher requests.
Aluminum Recycling
Volunteers in Kingman, Golden Valley, and Bullhead City collect and recycle aluminum cans that have been saved up by members of the community on a monthly or bi-monthly basis depending on the amount of cans collected.
